Why ‘Tredynas Days’?
Tredynas in the ancient Celtic language of Kernow/Cornwall means fortified homestead; it’s the name of my house here in Cornwall, and reflects my passion for language and for words – they’re our means of communication, and hence of living. I’ve written and read for as long as I can remember, and that’s why I started this blog: I wanted to share that passion. That’s why I sit with my grandchildren, writing their stories with them. It’s why I write stories myself. It’s through our stories that we connect with each other. A world without stories would be a barren place.
